100 Books Challenge
This program is intended for school-aged children.
Participants are challenged to read and review 100 books from the reading list.* The reading list contains over 150 book titles including picture books, classic novels, non-fiction, and modern award-winning chapter books for children. When working through the reading list, participants are likely to reconnect with beloved books and uncover new favorites along the way. The list has been designed to provide readers, parents, and caregivers with a variety of titles to choose from, ensuring there are plenty of options and alternatives.
After reading each book, participants will complete a short review to earn program points, prizes, and rewards. Reviews should include the reader's opinion about the story, characters, writing, or other personal responses to the work.
Suggestions relating to the reading list can be made to the "100 Book Challenge" Program Coordinator or Library Director.
**The Reading list can be accessed from the menu on the left side of the registered reader account profile screen.**
